DAY TO DAY WORK
- Collecting and organising data from systems, spreadsheets, sensors, meters or databases.
- Checking data for errors, gaps or unusual results.
- Building dashboards, charts, maps or reports to show trends clearly.
- Using tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python or other analytics software.
- Looking for patterns in water use, asset performance, treatment results, rainfall, customer enquiries or service interruptions.
- Helping teams understand what the data means and what decisions it supports.
- Preparing regular performance reports for projects, operations or management teams.
- Working with technical staff to improve how data is collected, stored and used.
- Supporting planning for future demand, climate resilience, maintenance or service improvements.

Qualifications for this role
