About the role:
As our Works Planner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Your responsibilities will include planning and coordinating maintenance activities to uphold safety standards, improve equipment reliability, optimise resource allocation, and enhance the overall customer experience.

You will collaborate across the business to develop a unified approach to isolation planning, minimising network and equipment downtime. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing full resourced and planned work packages to Work Schedulers for up to 12 weeks in advance. Furthermore, you will engage with stakeholders to leverage performance dashboards, identifying further work requirements and opportunities for maintenance improvement.


About you:

·         Qualifications in Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Trades, Water Industry or Project Management.

·         Demonstrated experience in planning the delivery of maintenance and project work across a wide geographical region and/or diverse asset base.

·         Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills coupled with critical thinking and problem-solving ability.

·         Previous experience in maintenance management and performance reporting, with experience in Maximo and Technology One being highly regarded.

·         A key focus on safety which is our number one priority at Unitywater.
