About the role The key function of this new position within Council is to administer the Trade Waste Policy. This includes ensuring that all commercial and industrial businesses discharging trade wastes have an agreement in place and to carry out regular audits to confirm compliance with these agreements. You will assist in the control of industrial and commercial loads on Council’s Sewerage System and wastewater treatment facilities by inspection, regulation and control of trade waste discharges to sewer. Knowledge and experience in the legislation and framework relating to trade waste Excellent customer service and well developed analytical, research and problem solving skills  Pay Level $2,958 - $3,148 per fortnight (Level 4) + superannuation. In accordance with Council’s Enterprise Agreement and the relevant Award. Pay rate dependent on relevant skills and experience.
