We’ve been embarking on an exciting digital transformation journey, putting our members at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a driven individual to join us in a part-time role (4 days per week) based in Brisbane. With our hybrid work environment you'll enjoy the perfect blend of collaboration and flexibility. 

Your role will be instrumental in our membership growth and retention efforts, all while delivering an exceptional member experience. As part of our diverse and innovative team, you'll have the opportunity to shape our future and contribute to a truly member-centric organisation.


Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Support our QLD Branch and two Specialist Networks to deliver engaging activities and events that drive our Strategy'25 objectives.
  • Attract new members and ensure their retention by providing an unforgettable member experience.
  • Embrace Agile ways of working (Agile Methodology) as you manage multiple projects and initiatives, seamlessly balancing existing member processes and services.
  • Become a true Customer Experience (CX) champion by leveraging our new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, HubSpot. You'll drive member engagement and deliver a top-notch experience at every stage of their journey.
  • Foster a culture of connection by collaborating closely with colleagues and members across the country.


What you bring to the table:

  • You've got 5+ years of experience in a customer or member relationship role, and a great knack for event planning and delivery.
  • You have previously built strong partnerships across multiple committees and have strong committee administration experience.
  • Managing projects simultaneously is second nature to you.
  • You have an ability to influence and can connect strategy to outcomes.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to enable you to craft compelling content for various internal and external platforms.
  • Time, budget, and sales management are your strengths, and you're proficient in major business packages like Zoom, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, and SharePoint. Plus, you're always ready to learn new technologies and systems.
  • You hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., Communications, Business Administration, Marketing) or have equivalent demonstrable work experience.

Bonus points if you have previous membership association and are familiar with HubSpot CRM.
