The new Chair will be a highly accomplished leader offering strategic guidance as the organisation navigates the next exciting phase of development, growth and impact. Collaborating closely with the CEO and Executive Team, the Chair will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to drive forward an innovative strategy and uphold the highest standards of governance.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate substantial leadership experience at the Board and senior executive levels, with a strong track record in leadership in a complex operating environment, including oversight of cultural and customer transformations and delivery of large capital programs. Insight into the economic, social and regulatory environment of Tasmania is highly desirable.
