Who are we looking for?

Are you passionate about shaping the future of water infrastructure? Do you thrive on challenging projects that make a real impact? We’re seeking an enthusiastic Senior Design Technician to join our South Australia Water team.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

  • Working alongside our experienced team on exciting local and national projects. From water and wastewater infrastructure to dams and natural resources, you’ll be at the forefront of cutting-edge solutions.
  • Providing design solutions for our local and national water clients. Your expertise will drive progress and elevate our projects.
  • Diving into project delivery, spanning the entire design process. Your contributions will shape the future of water systems.
  • Guiding and inspiring junior design technicians. Your leadership will foster growth and development.
  • Utilising industry-leading tools such as AutoCAD, Civil3D/12D, and Plant 3D. Your skills will drive efficiency and precision.

What will you bring to the team?

  • A certificate/diploma in engineering or related studies.
  • A minimum of 5 years in design and documentation within the Water Infrastructure sector.
  • Well-developed skills in AutoCAD, and familiarity with Civil3D or Plant 3D or equivalent tools.
  • Experience in a consulting environment or working with Water Authorities is highly desirable.
  • Proactive, professional, collaborative, and personable. You thrive in a multidisciplinary team.
