The opportunity
The FMO will maintain, operate, service, and improve assets while adhering to regulations. This requires respectful interaction with the public and customers, safe operation of plant and equipment, and continuous review of organisational policies and procedures. You will build a safety culture, engage in quality review, and ensure reliable service to the community.
Responsibilities
· Respond to incidents and issues promptly.
· Processing and reporting on current ‘Bridge Actions’ relating to the Field Maintenance Services Team.
· Conduct repairs and maintenance on GWW assets escalating where appropriate.
· Provide sufficient and high-quality customer service that consistently exceed expectations.
· Be involved in ongoing quality review, implementing changes for efficient operations and an excellent customer experience every time.
Skills & Experience
· Demonstrated ability to respond to customer enquiries.
· Ability to prioritise tasks ensuring deadlines are met.
· Demonstrated experience in building, influencing, and maintaining internal and external relationships.
· Experience in an operational environment within a utility.
· Hold a valid Australian driver licence.
