The opportunity

Working in our Records Management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our organisation's information is managed securely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant regulations. The role will see you provide advice and practical guidance on record management compliance, operations, systems, and lifecycle across the organisation.

Responsibilities
- Provide advice and guidance on business improvement activities with a focus on legacy processes, digitising records, and continual enhancement of record management systems.
- Support the ongoing review, design, development, and maturity of GWW information systems.
- Uphold the development and implementation of policy, procedures and systems that mature the record management services and ensure operational compliance and continuous improvement.
- Support the record, archival & disposal program in accordance with PROV standards.
- Actively identify and mitigate risks throughout the information lifecycle
- Provide support & Subject Matter Expert for Team deliverables including audits, attestations & projects.
Skills & Experience
- Sound knowledge around record management including EDRMS and SharePoint Online (SPO)
- Good understanding across the PROV legislation and the ability to understand, interpret and action relevant legislative and compliance obligations.
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating effectively with a wide range of diverse stakeholders to achieve record management compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to deliver engaging training and provide effective advice to various teams within the organisation.
- Expertise with SharePoint Online would be highly regarded.
