The opportunity

Field Maintenance Services Coordinator will lead and supervise field resources across GWW to service, repair and improve the 24/7 water and sewer assets and network services while ensuring compliance with Water Quality, Environmental & OH&S regulations. They will also be responsible for safe work delivery within the allocated budget, as well as training and developing the capability of all reports.

 

Responsibilities

·         Lead a team of Field Maintenance Officers and ensure conduct and safety are maintained and undertake field work as required to meet KPI’s.

·         Support and assist Team leader as required also stepping up into higher duties when needed.

·         Provide sufficient and high-quality customer service that consistently exceeds expectations and respond to incidents promptly.

·         Processing and reporting on current Bridge Actions relating to the Field Maintenance Services Team.

·         Supporting the review of current network procedures and processes.

 

Skills & Experience

·         Demonstrated ability to respond to customer enquiries.

·         Experience in the use of financial management systems.

·         Experience in management reporting.

·         Ability to prioritise tasks ensuring deadlines are met.

·         Demonstrated experience in building, influencing, and maintaining internal and external relationships.

·         Previous leadership experience.
