Veolia has an exciting opportunity for a Works Coordinator to manage maintenance activities based in Ballarat 3350. What You'll Be Responsible For

• Utilising VAMS (CMMS) to maximise maintenance outcomes for Victorian Water contracts
• Coordinating maintenance activities and managing subcontractors across 8 sites
• Implementing and maintaining maintenance plans and inventory management practices
• Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and safety standards
• Preparing and submitting reports to meet weekly/monthly deadlines
• Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Supporting the regional asset management team's objectives

What You'll Need to Be Successful

• Logistics experience, relevant coordination skills or Engineering background
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with various stakeholders
• Self-motivation and eagerness to learn about asset and maintenance operations
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Valid driver's licence
