Veolia has an exciting opportunity for a Works Coordinator to manage maintenance activities based in Ballarat 3350. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual eager to learn and grow in asset and maintenance operations within the water industry. What You'll Be Responsible For
- Utilising VAMS (CMMS) to maximise maintenance outcomes for Victorian Water contracts
- Coordinating maintenance activities and managing subcontractors across 8 sites
- Implementing and maintaining maintenance plans and inventory management practices
- Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and safety standards
- Preparing and submitting reports to meet weekly/monthly deadlines
- Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Supporting the regional asset management team's objectives
What You'll Need to Be Successful
- Logistics experience, relevant coordination skills or Engineering background
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with various stakeholders
- Self-motivation and eagerness to learn about asset and maintenance operations
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Valid driver's licence
