Veolia is seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to oversee the successful delivery of capital projects at the Sydney Desalination Plant in Kurnell 2231. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Water team and be key in delivering projects that contribute to a sustainable future.

What you'll be responsible for

• Project Planning and Execution: Oversee the end to end delivery of capital projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and quality standards
• Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the operations & maintenance teams, contractors & suppliers
• Resource Management: Coordinate and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure smooth project delivery
• Quality Control and Compliance: Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure projects meet established standards and specifications
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure effective collaboration and high performance levels

What you'll need to be successful

• Tertiary or Trade Qualification
• Experience in project management, preferably within capital projects in the construction or infrastructure industry
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
