Engineering Services Panel / Programme Manager

About the Role: Join our dynamic team as an Engineering Services Panel / Programme Manager! In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals, driving excellence in engineering services while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. #JacobsWaterANZ

 

Key Responsibilities:

People Leadership: Inspire and engage your team, identifying growth opportunities and bridging skill gaps with support from senior leadership.

Client Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their challenges and providing tailored solutions by connecting them with the right experts within Jacobs.

Team Collaboration: Leverage team strengths to enhance performance and provide effective support and leadership.

Project Delivery: Utilize your experience in the water industry to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, adhering to time, scope, and budget constraints.

Strategic Thinking: Approach challenges with a strategic mindset, offering innovative solutions to complex problems.

Business Acumen: Demonstrate a strong understanding of business operations and commercial leadership across multiple projects.


What We Offer:

Opportunity to represent the Water Infrastructure team at key industry events.

Engage in regular industry participation to identify emerging opportunities and act as a trusted advisor to key clients.

Support the technical development of junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and coaching.

Lead safety initiatives, promoting Jacobs’ Beyond Zero culture of caring.

Technical and Specialty Skills:

Extensive knowledge of water services engineering and design.

Strong understanding of safety in design and multidisciplinary interfaces in water asset development.

Familiarity with technical standards for design, construction, and maintenance, particularly within the Western Australian Water Sector.

People and Team Development:

Drive leadership within the team, contributing to a culture of excellence and successful project delivery.

Participate in Jacobs’ Community of Practice and support technical initiatives.

Client and Industry Engagement:

Collaborate with the Senior Leadership team to implement client relationship strategies.

Maintain and enhance client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.

Project Delivery and Performance:

Extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary water projects of high complexity.

Support project managers in operational risk management, ensuring quality and service excellence.
