As a Program Analyst, you'll be a critical member
of the team, working to deliver our new asset delivery model. Reporting to the
Operating Model Manager – Capital Delivery Partnerships, your day will involve
a range of activities. You'll provide program coordination and governance,
proactively manage program schedules, risk registers and budgets, compile
monthly reports, and undertake analysis to ensure the successful implementation
of our ambitious NextGen project.

Responsibilities
·
Coordination of work group activity at a program
level, including planning, scheduling, tracking progress, allocating, and action-tracking
items.
·
Engage with Program Lead and Work Group representatives
to ensure actions required to deliver activities are captured and completed in
required timeframes.
·
Co-ordinate the development and maintenance of
program documentation, including project and program status reports, risk and
issue logs, schedule, financial reports, and other program artefacts.
·
Provide analysis, prepare information packs and reports
to support strategic planning across the program and to executive leadership
forums.
·
Identify and manage interdependences across the
program and support change management and transition activities.
Skills & Experience
·
Project or Program Coordination, and/or
Business/Project support within Project, PMO or Program teams.
·
Experience with project management
methodologies, tools, and techniques, plus the ability to track and report on
program-level metrics and key performance indicators
·
Demonstrated skills in communications and
partner engagement.
·
Highly developed critical thinking coupled with
a proactive mindset, to distil complex information into clear and simple
concepts.
·
Strong organisational skills, with the ability
to manage individual tasks, oversee deliverables, and proactively resolve project
timeline conflicts.
·
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
in a changing environment.
