In this newly created Team Manager roles, you’ll report to our Team Executive and lead a talented team of 10–15 engineers, project managers, and design managers. This is a dynamic and hands-on leadership position where you’ll play a key role in both project delivery and team development.

What you’ll do

• Leading, empowering, coordinating and inspiring a team of 10–15 engineers
• Balance leadership with hands-on delivery, maintaining billable work targets
• Ensuring seamless collaboration with delivery partners while meeting client goals and project deadlines.
• Building strong, authentic relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Supporting recruitment and shaping the future of our team
• Turning strategic ideas into real-world outcomes that matter

About you

You’re the kind of person who:

• Has 10+ years of experience (consultancy + water = perfect combo)
• Recognised Engineering Degree (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Environmental)
• Knows their stuff when it comes to civil, structural, electrical (added bonus for mechanical) engineering and infrastructure design in water. Previous experience in a long term water program highly advantageous
• Can lead people with empathy, energy, and purpose
• Loves juggling innovation, quality, and deadlines like a boss
• Has an eye for new business, strong networks in NSW, and a passion for water
