Are you ready to lead the commercial launch of a
breakthrough water technology?
Water Source Australia (WSA) is on a mission to solve one of
the world’s most pressing challenges: access to safe drinking water. Our
flagship innovation, Brolga, is a smart, autonomous micro water
treatment plant that delivers 30,000 litres of potable water daily from pathogen
contaminated sources. Powered by our proprietary ELEIoT platform, Brolga
is designed for remote, infrastructure-limited, and water-scarce regions
globally.
As we enter our commercial phase, we’re looking for a Commercial
Manager to lead our go-to-market strategy, drive customer acquisition, and
shape our global growth trajectory.
About the Role
This is a newly created, high-impact role reporting to the
General Manager and working closely with our Founder. You’ll be the driving
force behind our commercial success, crafting strategy, closing deals, and
building partnerships that bring Brolga to the world.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for
Brolga
·
Build a pipeline of early adopters and secure
initial customers
·
Design innovative pricing and sales models for
capital-constrained markets
·
Lead market validation and customer engagement
across sectors and geographies
·
Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships,
including with potential acquirers and investors
·
Contribute to financial modelling, grant
applications, and investor materials
·
Relay customer insights to inform product
development and scale-up decisions
About You
You’re a commercially savvy, entrepreneurial leader with a
passion for sustainability and innovation. You thrive in fast-paced
environments and are excited by the opportunity to shape a company’s growth
from the ground up.
You bring:

Proven experience in commercial leadership and
business development,

A strong global network, or the ability to quickly
build one, in water utilities, government, or infrastructure sectors
·
Success designing sales models for
capital-constrained or emerging markets
·
A proactive, hands-on approach and strong
stakeholder engagement skills
·
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution and
sales skills
·
A Passion for sustainability, innovation, and social impact
