Production and Treatment (P&T) Alliance is a collaborate partnership
between SA Water together with SUEZ Water Pty Ltd, responsible for the
operation and maintenance of five water treatment plants, five wastewater
treatment plants and several pump stations across metropolitan Adelaide.
Operating as one team under a single brand, the P&T Alliance brings
together the combined expertise of SUEZ and SA Water with shared responsibility
to deliver reliable, high-quality water and wastewater services. The P&T

Our
Vacancy
This
pivotal role is at the heart of driving continuous improvement and operational
excellence within the P&T Alliance. As Business Performance Lead, you will
partner closely with leaders to analyse performance trends, generate meaningful
insights and lead initiatives that enhance business outcomes. Through robust
reporting, strategic governance and a focus on data-driven decision-making,
you'll help shape smarter strategies and support the achievement of key
operational and strategic objectives. Your work will directly influence the
P&T Alliance’s ability to optimise performance and deliver lasting value.
Key
responsibilities:
· Analyse operational data and performance metrics to
identify improvement opportunities.
· Partner with business leaders to translate insights
into practical actions.
· Drive and support key business improvements and
governance initiatives to elevate performance and accountability.
· Develop and maintain accurate, timely performance
reports enabling informed decision-making by P&T Alliance stakeholders.
· Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making
to enhance business effectiveness and agility.
About
You
To
excel in this role you will need:
·
Strong analytical
and problem-solving skills with an ability to simplify complex information.
·
Experience in data
analysis, reporting, or business performance within an operational or service
delivery environment.
·
Excellent
communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
·
Proficiency in
Excel, Power BI, or similar data tools.
·
Tertiary
qualifications in business, analytics, engineering, or related fields
(preferred).
