About the role: 
At Unitywater, we know that great systems mean great outcomes for our people, customers, and communities. As our Functional System Admin (Finance & Procurement), you’ll be the go-to expert for our Financial and Supply Chain Information System. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the system runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently while also spotting opportunities to make it even better.

This is more than system maintenance it’s about shaping how finance, procurement, and supply chain processes work across the organisation. You’ll bring your technical know-how, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder focus to help us improve workflows, strengthen data integrity, and unlock business value.

This role is a chance to combine your technical expertise with real business impact. You’ll work in a collaborative environment, where your insights help shape the future of finance and procurement at Unitywater. About you:

Must-Haves 
  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Accounting, Business Systems, IT, Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of finance and procurement processes, practices, and workflows.
  • Proven experience administering, configuring, or supporting finance and supply chain systems (ideally TechnologyOne).
  • Solid knowledge of systems, databases, integrations, and experience with system upgrades or enhancements.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with a customer-focused, service-oriented mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and discretion when handling confidential information.
Nice-to-Haves 
 
Education & Training
  • TechnologyOne certification or training.
Systems & Technical Expertise
  • Prior experience working specifically with TechnologyOne Financials or Supply Chain modules.
