Your opportunity to make an impact
As a Graduate Engineer, you will:
- Work on real projects from day one.
- Contribute to design, analysis, reporting and project delivery.
- Collaborate with engineers, agronomists and environmental scientists.
- Talk to clients and see your work in the field.
- Help us improve tools and workflows as we grow.
You will be supported by a dedicated mentor, regular feedback and clear development goals so you can build confidence quickly.
ABout you
- You are curious, collaborative and up for a challenge. To be considered for this role, you:
- Are completing or have recently completed a degree in engineering.
- Communicate clearly and solve problems logically.
- Enjoy working in a team and are willing to travel to project sites when required.
- Have Australian work rights and a driver’s licence.
Nice to have (not must-haves):
- Exposure to any of the following: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, 12d, QGIS, HEC-RAS, EPANET, WaterCAD, Excel VBA or Python
- Understanding of basic hydrology concepts
- Familiarity with AS/NZS standards (such as AS2566) and awareness of ANCOLD guidelines.
