About the Role
We’re looking for a Maintenance & Reliability Planner to join our team at SA Water, supporting our Water Production team. This is your chance to help keep South Australia running by making sure our assets are reliable, safe, and efficient.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Maintenance Supervisors, Plant Supervisors and technical teams to plan and schedule maintenance work. You’ll support the delivery of preventative and reactive tasks, manage materials and resources, and make sure everything runs smoothly and on time. You’ll also use data and our CMMS (Maximo or similar) to help improve asset performance and reliability over time.
Whether you come from an engineering background or have hands-on maintenance and coordination experience, you’ll enjoy solving problems, bringing structure to complex work, and contributing to continuous improvement. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values development, collaboration, and the critical services we deliver to the community.

About You
Essential Skills/Qualifications
· Trade qualifications and/or relevant tertiary education
· Qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in Engineering/Maintenance/Planning.
· Experience with CMMS and planning software systems
· Experience in CMMS site configurations for planned maintenance task reviews
· Proactive self-starter with a passion for reliability and continuous improvement.
· Current unrestricted driver’s licence
Desirable Skills/Experience
· Exposure to data analytics/ BI tools
· Experience with IBM Maximo Asset Management
· High level of interface communication with stakeholders and clients
· Strong ability to read and interpret documents, and designs/ drawings with the capability to write detailed reports
