Commercial Officer

You will provide analytical support and deliver key administrative and coordination functions to ensure service standards are met. In addition, you will assist in developing and implementing commercial frameworks for major customer accounts including property developers.

About the role:

  • Calculate property water demands by reviewing development applications and property records, and analysing historical consumption
  • Review and contribute to commercial policy, frameworks and offerings to manage commercial risk
  • Coordinate incoming service requests and complete assigned tasks to maintain service standards.
  • Support business improvement and commercial projects.

About you:

  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Analytical skills to prepare, review, and interpret data.
  • Experience in commercial business management and business governance frameworks.
  • Ability to build and maintain constructive business relationships.
  • Knowledge of business, asset and financial processes for managing commercial business activities.
  • Understanding of regulatory, financial and urban development requirements and processes associated with a regulated service provider.
