The role
TRILITY is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support the successful delivery of the project portfolio within our Modular Solutions business unit.
Reporting to the Project Delivery Manager, this role is responsible for the development, administration and management of contracts and supplier agreements to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, negotiate and administer head contracts, subcontracts and supplier agreements
Manage variations, EOTs, claims, security and defects processes
Support Project Managers with contractual and commercial matters
Administer progress payments in line with state-based legislation
Maintain contract records and project documentation
Provide contract guidance and commercial awareness to project teams
What we are looking for
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Contracts Administrator or similar role
Experience on small to mid-size projects/portfolio (up to $25M)
Working knowledge of AS/NZs contracts, ideally in water or wastewater infrastructure
Strong understanding of contract administration, claims and variations
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Project and systems such as Aconex or Teambinder
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
