The role

We are seeking a recent Graduate Mechanical Engineer with a keen desire to build a long-term career in Water Infrastructure to join our Adelaide team. Our Water team provides end-to-end solutions across the full water cycle, including major pipelines, large-scale pumping stations, and advanced water, wastewater, and recycling treatment facilities.

Graduate Development Program

  • Contribute to major projects and community initiatives

  • Gain hands-on experience in proposals, reports, and technical documentation

  • Participate in tailored workshops and training

You will be given the opportunity for both in-person and online training on everything from consulting with clients to managing your time effectively through our graduate development workshops.

About You

  • Recent Mechanical Engineering graduate (within 2 years) with a credit average

  • A keen desire to build a long-term career in water infrastructure with an international consultancy

  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Ability to manage time and workload effectively

  • Knowledge of analytical methods and engineering principles
