We are seeking a Project Manager, to join our Team in Adelaide, working alongside a group of highly skilled specialists. In this key role within our Water division. You'll be a trusted partner to a diverse range of clients across Australia and develop a deep understanding of their challenges to co-create innovative solutions that help shape the future. You will have the opportunity to work across key sectors including Defence, Social Infrastructure, Transport, Energy and Water.

How you’ll make a difference:

  • Join our Adelaide business where you'll support our clients and manage relationships with consultants, contractors and subcontractors.

  • Deliver complex projects and programs ensuring they meet client expectations, timelines, and specifications.

  • Manage change, quality, health, safety and risk elements

  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects across the entire life cycle, including design management, tendering, contract administration, financial management, project scheduling and risk management.

  • Coordination of multidisciplinary teams - coordinating specialists to deliver high-impact results.

The qualities that help you thrive:

  • A strong foundation in project management, with a genuine interest in projects that create real-world impact.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management, engineering, architecture, construction management or a related discipline, with at least three years’ experience across construction, infrastructure or resources.

  • Proven client-side experience across multiple sectors, with the ability to manage stakeholders, priorities and deliver outcomes in complex environments.

  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship skills, with experience in consulting, construction, or professional services highly regarded

  • Due to the nature of our work, you must be an Australian citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain Australian Government security clearance (AGSVA).
