About the role

Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days look the same and where your organisation skills directly shape how senior leaders operate?

We are looking for a confident, proactive Executive Assistant who enjoys being close to the action. You’ll work alongside our Executive Leadership Team, helping them stay focused, prepared, and one step ahead in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

You will manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings and travel, and ensure leaders are fully prepared in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll anticipate needs, balance competing priorities, and handle last-minute changes with professionalism, discretion, and calm confidence. You will be working in a small knit collaborative, and team focussed group of office support professionals where alignment to our company value will be the key to your success.

Beyond the logistics you are a trusted extension of the executive office. You manage sensitive correspondence and maintain accurate records while treating discretion as a core principle. You engage with senior internal and external stakeholders as a confident and professional point of contact. You also drive the rhythm of the business by coordinating leadership cadences and key reporting timelines. By ensuring continuity and follow through on every deliverable, you become the essential force that keeps our organisation moving forward.

This position is based at our Rhodes Corporate Head Office, with 4 days working onsite and 1 day per week working from home to support focused administrative tasks.

About You

We are seeking a highly adaptable Executive Assistant with proven experience (ideally 3-5 years) supporting multiple executives across diverse functions and leadership styles. Known for balancing competing priorities, anticipating needs, and delivering seamless support in fast-paced environments, you bring exceptional organization, discretion, and communication skills. Adept at managing complex calendars, stakeholder relationships, and shifting demands you act as a trusted partner who enables leaders to focus on strategy and impact.

You are currently working in an ASX listed or global multinational corporation.
