What you'll be responsible for

• Performing general process, maintenance and operational tasks within the plant on a day to day basis.
• Conduct field sampling and laboratory analysis
• Champion workplace safety as our top priority
• Manage contractors and implement safety management systems
• Develop and refine operational procedures and work instructions

What you'll need to be successful

• Experience in wastewater treatment plant operations would be highly regarded
• Knowledge and understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment in a water industry environment.
• Trade qualifications will be highly regarded
• Current Drivers licence
