Your Role

As a Lead Civil Engineer, you’ll guide complex municipal water and wastewater projects from concept to delivery. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, influence design outcomes, and champion sustainable, data-driven engineering solutions for government and contractor clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead civil engineering design and technical direction for water and wastewater infrastructure.

• Deliver innovative, sustainable solutions across pipelines, treatment plants, pumping stations, and storage systems.

• Ensure regulatory compliance while leveraging modelling and data to optimise performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in municipal water/wastewater engineering.

• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects from feasibility to construction.

• Deep technical expertise in pipeline systems, treatment facilities, and hydraulic analysis.

• Chartered CPEng/ RPEQ.
