The Opportunity

We are experiencing strong growth and are expanding our team to support increasing demand across WA industries.

This role offers the opportunity to:

• Work directly with the Managing Director
• Influence project direction and client outcomes
• Contribute to building a high-performing engineering team
• Develop toward or operate at Principal level
• Work on complex and impactful infrastructure projects

The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will:

• Deliver high-quality technical advice to clients
• Undertake hydraulic modelling and system investigations
• Lead projects and manage delivery to scope, budget and schedule
• Mentor and support junior engineers
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation

Skills & Experience

We are interested in engineers with:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Process or related discipline
• Approximately 7+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in water supply, wastewater, mine dewatering or similar infrastructure systems
• Hydraulic modelling experience using tools such as WANDA, WaterCAD/HAMMER, InfoWorks WS or similar
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Highly regarded:

• Pressure transient / water hammer analysis
• Mining or agricultural sector experience
