What We’re Looking For:

  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering, or a related technical field relevant to the role.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and delivering maintenance programs or infrastructure construction works, with strong hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle—from estimating and planning through to delivery and completion.
  • Experience delivering or supporting infrastructure construction and scheduling activities, including resource planning and coordination.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project), and intermediate computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and standards, and Workplace Health & Safety requirements.
  • Well-developed written communication skills to prepare reports, correspondence and memoranda.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.

Some benefits we offer:
  • Achieve work / life balance with flexible working arrangements
  • Fitness Passport - subsidised health and well-being memberships (gym/swimming pool)
  • Recharge with up to 5 weeks annual leave
  • Up to 3 weeks personal leave
  • Secure your future with 12% superannuation contributions
  • Salary sacrifice opportunities
  • Grow personally and professionally with learning and development opportunities
  • Cherish family time with up to 14 weeks paid parental leave

We are committed to:
  • Fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
  • Embracing innovation and continuous improvement
  • Cultivating a culture of professional growth and support

Now we want to hear about YOU!
