SUEZ is a partnership with SA Water delivering together in the Production and Treatment (P&T) Alliance trusted water services for a sustainable and healthy South Australia.  Responsible for operating and maintaining five water treatment plants, five wastewater treatment plants, tanks, pump stations and control installations in Metropolitan Adelaide, the P&T Alliance encompasses expertise and solutions from SUEZ and SA Water working collaboratively as one team, one brand with shared responsibility for trusted water services that our community needs now and into the future.

Our Opportunity

This is a role for someone who enjoys bringing people, knowledge, and ideas together to create meaningful operational improvement. As the Knowledge Transfer Manager, you will lead and coordinate programs that support innovation, research, continuous improvement, and technical knowledge sharing.

Working closely with operational teams, SA Water, and the wider SUEZ, you will help identify opportunities to improve performance, strengthen capability, and embed lessons learned across multiple sites. Your work will include coordinating technical assistance programs, supporting research and innovation initiatives, facilitating knowledge transfer activities, and helping operational teams capture and share improvements that deliver lasting value.

You will also play an important role in stakeholder engagement, working collaboratively with both internal and external partners to support innovation outcomes and promote industry best practice. The role will see you contribute to technical papers, conferences, innovation forums, and industry engagement activities that strengthen the Alliance’s reputation and capability within the broader water sector.

It is a varied and highly collaborative role where your ability to build relationships, communicate technical information clearly, and drive continuous improvement will have a direct impact on operational performance and long term service outcomes.

What You Can Bring to the Team

You are a motivated and technically capable professional who enjoys working across both operational and strategic initiatives. You bring experience within the water industry and understand the importance of knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and innovation in supporting safe and efficient operations.

You are confident managing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders while maintaining strong attention to detail and a practical approach to delivery. You communicate effectively with both technical and non technical audiences and are comfortable presenting research and technical documentation.

You will understanding of regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements within industrial environments. Strong organisational skills, initiative, and the ability to work autonomously will support your success in this role.

To be successful, you will hold appropriate Scientific or Engineering qualifications and possess a current unrestricted driver’s licence. Experience leading or supporting research, innovation, or continuous improvement programs within operational environments will be highly regarded.
