Program alongside five other graduates from a range of disciplines!
Forget sitting on the sidelines - you’ll be contributing
from day one.. As soon as you commence
as our Civil Engineer Graduate, you'll be doing purpose driven work on real
infrastructure that our communities depend on every day. Think six-month
rotations across diverse teams, a group innovation project with actual senior
backing, and mentoring from people who genuinely want to see you grow.
Two years of structured experience designed to fast-track
your career in one of the most essential industries in the country. At the end
of the program, you’ll transition into a permanent full-time position. Not bad
for your first job out of uni.
As our Civil Engineer Graduate:

water networks, and the maintenance planning and scheduling that keeps it
all running.

This role spans both our Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay
offices, and graduates will be expected to travel between these locations as
needed.
We welcome applications from students graduating in 2026 or early
2027, as well as recent graduates within the last two to three years.

degree in civil engineering
