Forget sitting on the sidelines - you’ll be contributing from day one.  As soon as you commence as an Electrical Chemical Engineer, you'll be doing purpose driven work on real infrastructure that our communities depend on every day. Think six-month rotations across diverse teams, a group innovation project with actual senior management backing, and mentoring from people who genuinely want to see you grow.

As Graduate Electrical Engineer:

• Gain hands-on experience supporting our critical infrastructure.
• Exposure to operational technology systems, maintenance projects, and communications networks across a complex utility environment.

This role spans both our Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay offices, and graduates will be expected to travel between these locations as needed.

About you:

·       Recent completion of a bachelor’s degree prior to commencement of the program - Open to graduates with an Electrical Engineering background, with or without Computer Science studies

·       Interest or electives in Power Systems or High Voltage (HV) systems will be highly regarded

• Strong written communication, teamwork and collaboration capability.

·       Demonstrated digital literacy skills, including the ability to use workplace technologies, digital communication tools, and AI tools effectively and responsibly.
