Due to significant contract awards within our Water business, we are expanding our Water Infrastructure team in Melbourne.
The Water Infrastructure group provides services to a range of internal and external clients on projects covering water and wastewater treatment, dams, asset management, major conveyance, industrial, civil infrastructure, and defence sectors, with a key focus on supporting sustainable outcomes for our clients and the communities they serve.
By joining our team, you’ll be immersed in a strong, long-term pipeline of work, handling complex, large-scale and iconic projects across ANZ.
How you’ll make a difference:
- Lead the design and delivery of water and wastewater conveyance infrastructure, including pipelines, pump stations, and network upgrades
- Drive projects from concept through to delivery, from planning, detailed design, and construction support
- Work with clients and multidisciplinary teams to develop practical, compliant design solutions
- Review and oversee engineering outputs to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with standards
- Mentor junior engineers and build strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders across projects.

The qualities that help you thrive:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Proven experience in water and wastewater conveyance design, including pipelines, pump stations, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to lead or coordinate design packages, including managing deliverables and multidisciplinary interfaces
- Experience working in a consulting environment, with clear communication skills and confidence in technical discussions
- Proven capability to review and verify engineering outputs, ensuring alignment with relevant standards, codes, and project requirements.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with clients and various stakeholders.
