Goldenfields Water County Council is seeking a motivated and skilled Fitter/Machinist to join our Production & Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a diverse role supporting essential water infrastructure across the region.

About the Role

Reporting to the Mechanical Coordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving critical mechanical assets that support our water supply systems. This hands-on role combines workshop-based machining with field-based maintenance and repairs.

About You

• Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical Trade)

• Experience with pumps and hydraulic systems

• Strong troubleshooting and machining skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team
