Community & Customer Support Officer (Fixed Term)

• Hourly rate between $39.77 and $50.27 
• Fixed-term, part-time position (0.8 FTE)  
• Generous employee entitlements including:
  - 17.5% supperannuation
  - 5 weeks annual leave

Goldenfields Water County Council is seeking an enthusiastic Community & Customer Support Officer to join our Corporate Services team. This is a fixed-term role until mid-December 2026, based in Temora.

Reporting to the Community & Customer Team Leader, you’ll provide frontline customer service, assist with community enquiries & events, and support a range of administrative functions to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the organisation.

About You

You’re a proactive and organised professional with experience in customer service, administration or community support. You communicate well, enjoy helping others, and work effectively both independently and within a team.

A qualification in Business (Customer Service), Administration, or equivalent experience is essential. You will demonstrate strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills and hold a current NSW Class C driver’s licence.
