Salary: $82,000 – $106,000 gross per annum + 17.5% superannuation + allowances

Additional Benefits:

• 5 weeks annual leave
• 8-day fortnight* (currently agreed until at least the end of the year)

Goldenfields Water is seeking a committed and professional leader to join our team as Construction & Support Team Leader. In this role, you will lead the Construction and Support team in delivering efficient pipeline construction across the urban areas of Council’s water distribution network.

The successful applicant will be physical fit, demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills, along with construction labouring and plant operation experience in water supply asset construction. This includes supervising staff and contractors, preparing job programs, interpreting plans, and setting out works.
