Due to significant contract awards within our ANZ Water business, we are expanding our Water Infrastructure Team in South East Queensland, these awards bring a secure pipeline of work.

The Water Infrastructure group provides services to a range of internal and external clients on projects covering water and wastewater treatment, dams, asset management, major conveyance, industrial, civil infrastructure, mining, and defence sectors, with a key focus on supporting sustainable outcomes for our clients and the communities they serve. 

By joining our team, you will work alongside our industry leading experts. You will also have the opportunity to work and collaborate with interstate and international offices.

How you’ll make a difference

  • Support the planning, design and delivery of mid to large complex water and wastewater treatment projects across ANZ

  • Support, develop and implement innovative process engineering solutions, with a focus on best-practice design approaches, advanced technologies and sustainable outcomes.

  • Build client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored, high-value solutions

  • Support business growth by contributing to proposals, winning work, and expanding our project portfolio

  • Contribute to a culture of learning and innovation.

About You

The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes, you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Please apply, all applications will be considered.

The qualities that help you thrive

  • Engineering degree (essential); CPEng and/or RPEQ highly regarded or working towards

  • Experience and knowledge of water/wastewater treatment processes, plant design, and ANZ regulations

  • Experience across the full asset lifecycle

  • Motivated to grow connections in the Australian water industry

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process engineering skills

  • Excellent communicator with a client-focused, people-first approach

  • Able to support multiple projects simultaneously.
