About the Role

We are seeking a Mechanical Fitter to join our Wastewater Maintenance team in Adelaide.

In this hands-on role, you’ll support the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of wastewater treatment assets—ensuring maintenance is delivered to high standards while minimising downtime and supporting operational performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing planned and reactive maintenance on plant and equipment

• Diagnosing faults and implementing effective, long-term repairs

• Executing maintenance schedules to optimise asset reliability and performance

• Responding to breakdowns and ensuring minimal repeat failures

• Accurately capturing and reporting maintenance data and work updates

• Supporting team members and collaborating across maintenance and operations teams

• Monitoring subcontractor work and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships

• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and cost outcomes
