You might support new treatment plant upgrades, recycled water schemes, pipeline installations or flood mitigation projects.
Working closely with engineers, planners and project managers, you translate technical information into everyday language.

DAY TO DAY WORK
- Drafting communication materials, supporting consultation events, assisting with data entry and stakeholder mapping.
- Coordinating and collecting community feedback (surveys, focus groups, social media, etc.).
- Helping manage community inquiries, issue management, and customer experience.
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies.
- Consult with local residents, businesses, and councils.
- Facilitate workshops, forums, and stakeholder meetings.
- Prepare communication materials and feedback reports.
- Support water projects with social licence and public consultation.
